Founded in 1983 as Central Seafood Co., we began as a shellfish company and expanded to become a full-service distributor of fresh, frozen, and live seafood throughout Central Florida. Acquired by Sysco in 2012, we became North Star Seafood of Orlando in 2019 and rebranded as Buckhead Orlando in 2023.
As one of the largest wholesale distributors of fresh and frozen seafood in Florida, we are SQF, MSC, ASC, and Kosher certified. We distribute six days a week from our Orlando, FL location and meet or exceed all FDA, USDC, USDA, and GMP standards.
